Appearing with Richard Gere in this commercial is the head of the Islamic court in the West Bank and Gaza Strip A.K.A: Pretend Palestine, and the spokesman for the Greek Orthodox Church in Jerusalem. The ad will play on Palestinian TV and Arabic satellite channels in the next few days. No one really knows what kind of pull Richard Gere may have with Palestinians.
