US, South Korea Withdraw Nuclear Experts From North Korea

USA and South Korea withdrew their last teams of experts that were sent to the site of two partially built light-water reactors in North Korea after the suspension of nuclear talks with Pyongyang.
A team of 57 experts, including one American and 56 South Koreans, returned onboard a ship in South Korea. The construction of the two reactors was part of the promises given to North Korea in 1994 in exchange for its giving up its nuclear program.
