Senator John Kerry Calls Our Soldiers Stupid

With a week to go before the 2006 elections, there's a bitter war of words between President Bush's people and the 2004 challenger. The White House accuses John Kerry of troop bashing, for his remark that those who don't do well in school end up "stuck in Iraq."Press Secretary Tony Snow called on Kerry to apologize for what Snow called an "insult" to men and women serving in Iraq, and to the families of the fallen. Kerry lashed back, saying he refuses to apologize for any criticism. At a news conference Kerry said his remarks at the school were just a joke.
