Disabled Vet Sues Michael Moore For Misrepresentation

A United States veteran is suing film-maker Michael Moore for $85 million, Stating he used snippets of a television interview without his permission to falsely portray him as anti-war in Fahrenheit 9/11.Sgt. Peter DamonSgt. Peter Damon lost both arms in the war in Iraq. While being interviewed by NBC, Sgt. Damon was asked about a new painkiller the military was using on wounded veterans. He says the film implied he voiced a complaint about the war effort when he was actually complaining about "the excruciating type of pain" that comes with his injury.
